• We reserve the right to make substitutions to flowers without notifying the customer of such change unless the substitution would change the entire appearance of the flower arrangement.
• The customer has 24 hours after receiving the floral arrangement to notify us of any errors or damaged goods. After this time, we will be unable to accommodate this request. Should you notify us in this time period and the request is accepted, we will collect and replace the item at no charge to you.
• Please ensure that recipients phone number, address and other details are correct. Please notify us immediately if there are any mistakes.
• Changes in delivery option can only be made if the delivery has not been sent out already. Additional delivery charges may apply which will be charged to the customer.
• We understand that you may want to surprise the recipient, however, we may have to phone in advance to notify them of the delivery.
• Please do not consume and of the flowers that we supply. Please keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Please notify us at least 48 hours before your order is due for delivery should you wish to cancel. We will offer a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. If there are less than 48 hours before delivery and the customer cancels, we will be unable to offer a refund due to the nature of our product.
• A surcharge will apply for orders placed after 11am on Saturday to Sunday and public holidays. This surcharge applies for orders that have been placed during the specified time for delivery during this time. The surcharge does not affect orders placed before this time.
