Delivery:

• Due to unpredictable circumstances such as weather, loadshedding, traffic and road closures, we cannot guarantee delivery on the day specified.
• We cannot specify a time that delivery will occur. We will do our best to accommodate delivery instructions.
• We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery will take place from 12pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday and from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us should you wish for a delivery on these days.
• Orders that are placed and paid before 11am daily will qualify for same day delivery. Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 11am will qualify for next day delivery.
• We will only process your order once funds reflect in our bank account or Yoco account depending on the payment method chosen. Time on payment determines the delivery schedule that the order will be subject to.
• Should the driver arrive at the recipient’s delivery address, and they are not present, the driver will leave the arrangement with security, reception, or a neighbour. If no one else is available to collect, a note will be left for them to contact us to arrange a suitable delivery time.
• Only 2 delivery attempts will be made to the recipient in total. If they are unable to collect on both occasions, additional delivery charge will apply.
• Order collections take place in Umhlanga, Durban, South Africa. For safety reasons, we will only communicate the exact address for collections once payment reflects in our account.  You will be contacted via the phone number given during the checkout process  when the order is ready.
